     Create a new adapter repository to track you fine-tuning experiments

Parameters:

       name: str
       Name for the adapter repository

       description: str, default None
       Description for the adapter repository

       exists_ok: boolean, default False
       If True, when repo already exists, returns the existing repo

Returns:

       Repo
