Pricing and Tiers

As of July 2025, we’ve removed our Developer tier. After you run out of credits in the Free tier, you’ll need to upgrade to Enterprise to continue using Predibase, which has an upfront commit. View our pricing details at predibase.com/pricing.

Data Privacy and Security

Yes, we offer a VPC deployment where you can deploy the Predibase Data Plane into a Virtual Private Cloud on any of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure). Contact us at support@predibase.com to learn more.
Your data will never be used to train models, unless you explicitly grant us permission to do so for you. If you wish to remove any shared data from the platform, please reach out to us at support@predibase.com.You can also see additional details in our Privacy Policy.

Training and Jobs

Once you submit a fine-tuning job, your model will remain in a queued state until there are available resources to finish training. You may see increased queue times during peak times.
Once training begins, model training varies and can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours depending on the task, model size, dataset size, and epochs.

Account Management

You can delete your account by going to Settings > My Profile > Delete Account. If you delete your account, your datasets and adapters will continue to exist in the Team. If you’d like to close your Team entirely, contact us at support@predibase.com.
